The Swissdec infrastructure offers many advantages, but poses major challenges, especially for smaller family compensation offices (FCO). It can only be used with certified approval, which places high demands on time, budget and expertise. This makes scalable solutions that also allow small organisations to access the system all the more important.

Our Solution: STEPnano

STEPnano was developed specifically for small FCOs. The cloud-based solution offers you easy access to payroll data via a web app. Once you have registered with eAHV, STEPnano takes care of the entire payroll reporting process. Your data remains with you! The number of notifications, the number of employees and the total wage bill are temporarily stored for pricing purposes. All other data remains with the FCO and is not accessible to us.
